1. What file formats do you accept?
For die-cut vinyl jobs, we accept Adobe Illustrator (.ai) and Adobe Illustrator EPS (.eps). Please note that a raster file (jpg, bmp, tif) embedded into and Illustrator EPS/AI file are NOT acceptable. Non-vector files will require a scan/conversion setup.

For printed items, we accept JPEGS (.jpg), TIFFs (.tif), and Adobe Photoshop (.psd). Files must be at least 150dpi at the actual size (300dpi recommended). Files lower than these specs may not produce optimal results.

PLEASE CONSULT OUR ARTWORK PAGE FOR MORE DETAILS

2. If I bring in a photo/drawing, can you make a decal of it?
The answer to this depends:

- If you want a full-color printed decal, the picture/drawing must be a good enough resolution (at least 150dpi at actual size) to get decent results.

- If your drawing is inked and looks exactly the way you want it, we can vectorize it in order for our computers to cut out your design. A scan/conversion fee will be required.

- If you have a rough sketch that needs extra work, we can create a design/layout based on your idea. A design fee will be required.

3. Will your decals/signs last long outdoors?
Yes. Our premium vinyl is made for outdoor use and has a life expectancy of about 3-5 years. In some cases they outlast this period, but it would really depend on how much exposure they get to the elements. There are a few items that are not meant for long-term outdoor use. Please be sure to let us know if your planning an outdoor application, and we can better inform you when you order.

4. How big can you make vinyl decals?
For Standard Single-Colors, we can go as large as 20" tall without any overlapping. Premium Colors (metallics, reflectives, patterns) and Printed Decals can go about 12" without overlapping.

5. What surfaces can I apply these decals to?
Vinyl will stick to many surfaces. To determine whether a surface is adequate, keep in mind as a general rule of thumb, vinyl will stick to almost any surface that is clean and smooth/nonporous.

The most common surfaces for application are:
GLASS, PLASTICS, AND PAINTED/COATED SURFACES

Vinyl will have problems adhering to:
CEMENT, OXIDIZED/FADED/PRIMER PAINT, RUBBER,
WOOD, & OILY SURFACES

6. I only need 1 or 2 shirts with my logo? Is that possible?
Yes. For our short-run shirts, we use an industrial press to thermally imprint a special heat-transfer material onto our apparel. The material is very flexible and lasts just as long as silk-screening. The cost of each T-shirt would be about $20-25 for a single color, and this method eliminates costly setup charges which are only cost-effective with large-run orders (three dozen or more).

7. I am part of/own a business. Do I have to pay tax?
If your product is for personal use or not intended to be resold, then yes, taxes are applicable. If your product will be for resale, we require the proper documentation and resale information in order to omit the taxes.

8. What forms of payment do you take?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as cash and business checks. NO personal checks please.
